Jeraphic delivers emotive single, “Holding On.”
Tropical Far North Queensland music act, Jeraphic has released his latest single, “Holding On” — a powerful blend of emotional storytelling and uplifting production that sits between pop and tropical house. Built on warm percussion, flowing synth textures, and a steady pulse, “Holding On” captures the tension between connection and release. The track contrasts introspective, melancholic lyrics with bright, tropical feeling and energy, creating a sound that feels both vulnerable and expansive.
At its core, “Holding On” explores the moment where something meaningful begins to slip away, yet the emotional grip remains. This push and pull is reflected in the production, where clean arrangements and atmospheric layers allow the vocals to carry depth, while the rhythm maintains momentum. Recurring loops filter through the soundscape, offering a catchy melody, supported by the smooth vocal delivery and performance. Despite the track’s limited run time, the singer does more than enough to convince eager ears that “Holding On” is a special tune. Its infectious sound design and reverberating atmosphere effectively seal the deal, leaving a lasting impression even after the track ends.
Jeraphic continues to develop a distinct multi genre identity, refusing to be confined to a single sound. This gives his music the potential to be heard by more listeners, while expanding the fan base at the same time. With “Holding On,” he reinforces his ability to merge emotional weight with commercial appeal, delivering a track that resonates both on the surface and beyond it.
“Holding On” is available now on all major streaming platforms.
