Misha Wong stuns listeners with euphoric new single, “Manifest It.”
Rotterdam based music artiste, Misha Wong, returns with her upbeat new single, “Manifest It.” The singer and songwriter has been active in the vibrant music scene of The Netherlands for years as an artiste and backing vocalist for several well-known Dutch artistes. Now, having had a small taste of the big stages, she’s fiercely determined to take over the world with her own artistry. Back in November 2021, she released her debut extended play called “Gamechanger.” Misha Wong’s current autobiographical approach to her music, guides you through her life, with stories of self-healing while dealing with loss, growing up in an unstable environment, as well as working hard to truly find your own happiness.
Misha’s latest piece of art is a wellspring of undiluted happiness, as Misha comes to terms as she embodies a new state of mind, hoping and seeking for positivity in her everyday life. With an emphatic and euphoric intro, Misha immediately grabs your attention on “Manifest It.” The verse that follows is deftly soothing, calm and refreshingly upbeat, solidifying the new single as a pop smash. Lyrically, Misha centers on searching and focusing on the positive things in her life, stepping away from any negativity and bad energy that might have been weighing her down for so long. The chorus doesn’t contain a lot of words, but the phrase, “paint the picture,” explains the ideology behind “Manifest It.” Misha seeks to piece together the life she wants for herself one step at a time, and it’s a feeling she wants listeners to connect with, and ultimately experience. Life is what you make it, so go out there and live it, on your own terms.
This rising star marches to the beat of her own drum, she’s her authentic self and will not fit any musical mold. Her soon to be released full-length album, “On Top of The World,” is on its way, and is filled with R&B gems, as well as quirky and edgy pop bangers.
